Right of withdrawal (7 days)

Under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receipt, with no need to give a reason. We refund the full amount, including shipping. The item must come back with no signs of use and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Manufacturing defect (90 days)

If the item has a sewing or material defect within 90 days, we repair it, replace it with an identical one (if available) or refund you. Small variations in cut and print are characteristic of handmade work and are not defects.

Made-to-order items

Custom-made or personalized items also have the 7-day right of withdrawal after receipt. If you want to cancel before production starts, let us know as soon as possible.

Contact us with your order code (for example, AML-7K3F9Q) by email at felippemenezes1982@gmail.com, on WhatsApp or on Instagram @ateliemarylurj. We will arrange the return at no cost to you.

Refund

The refund is made by the same payment method: PIX within 7 business days after we receive the item; on cards, the refund follows the card issuer's timeline.
